I love breakfast. Pancakes, eggs, strata, etc.
Then I went to the city known for the best breakfasts (Portland, OR) and became spoiled. This is my favorite meal. Poached eggs, chicken sausage, polenta, and homemade ketchup.
So I needed to try it. Seems difficult, but so easy. And you’ll never
want Heinz again.
My version adds a 1/3 teaspoon of adobo sauce. Ooooh smokey. Next time I will decease the brown sugar by half and cook another 15 minutes. for a total of an hour of simmering.
