I planted sage in my yard 10 years ago. I have managed to NOT kill it. And I love cooking with the fresh stuff.
This is a little photo album of my sage harvest and pesto recipe. I love this with chicken and fettuccine, as well as served on bread. The last bit I used on turkey sandwiches.
What a great combo.
Make it in a food processor.
Served on bread for book club. I usually like on fettuccine with chicken.
It was yummed all around.
